New Clubhouse Rules - Effective March 20,2024

Resident Access to the Pool Area

  • All unit owners need a key fob to gain entry.

  • Contact Property Management if your key fob does not open the gate.

  • Replacement cost for a lost key fob is $75.

  • Pool hours: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm

  • No food or glass bottles, no smoking or vaping, or pets allowed in the pool area.

  • Residents use the pool at their own risk. You must be 18 years old or accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • Restrooms are available inside the clubhouse during pool hours.

  • Pool area and clubhouse are monitored by 24 hour video surveillance.

PET POLICY - PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE

No animals shall be allowed to commit a nuisance in any public portion of the apartment building or grounds. If such a nuisance occurs, then the Board of Directors shall take proper action. All pets shall be limited to 20 pounds or less and not more than one per apartment. Any pet (particularly a dog) must be on a leash from the time it leaves the apartment. No pets are permitted in or at any of the common areas or recreational facilities. All pets must be walked in the pet walk area on the north and east side of the complex. All pet droppings shall be immediately picked up and disposed of in a proper receptacle. Violators not using a “pooper-scooper” for pets will be liable to a fine of $50.00 to $100.00 according to Hollywood City Ordinance.

Hollywood Civic Association Meetings

Washington Park Community Center at 52nd. Ave. and Pembroke Rd. On the 2nd Tuesday of each month.

Beverly Park Community Center at 63rd and Funston St. The 3rd Tuesday of each Month.

Lawn Acres at David Park Community Center corner of Hollywood Blvd. and 33rd Ter. The 3rd. Monday of each odd numbered month

Hollywood Gardens West at St. George's Greek Orthodox Church on N. 58th. Ave. the 2nd Thursday of each month

All meetings are at 7:00 pm. Any resident can attend to learn more about what is happening in our community.
